A submucosal mass is found in the fundus near the cardia and the diagnosis is considered to be a leiomyoma. Professor Gong Wei used the EndoFresh® disposable gastroscope (300 series) to make a C-shaped incision on the mucosa on the bulging surface, and found that the root of the tumor was closer to the cardia than expected. After more than 80 minutes of endoscopic surgery, the entire tumor was successfully excavated near the entrance of the cardia, and the foreign body was completely removed with a snare.
