Responsibilities
1. Oversee engineering department operations, including product design transfer, process improvement, and equipment validation.
2. Lead technical problem-solving to reduce production costs.
3. Coordinate with registration teams to complete technical documentation preparation.
4. Optimize production processes and enhance automation levels.
5. Cultivate technical teams, formulate department KPIs, and draft annual technical plans.


Requirements
1. Bachelor's+in Mechanical/Biomedical/Electronic Engineering/Automation/Medical Devices or related fields (age 30-40).
2. 2+ years medical device/manufacturing engineering experience with team leadership.
3. Familiar with Class II device R&D/production lifecycle.
4. Experienced in active/sterile device development & PFMEA.
5. Proven cross-functional project management skills.
6. Strong quality & risk management mindset.
