Sales Manager

Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to ensure target achievement.
2. Expand sales channels, identify new business opportunities, and nurture long-term client relationships.
3. Deliver expert product presentations and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Plan and execute regional medical education events to strengthen brand presence.
5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs.
6. Generate sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement efficiency improvements.


Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree+ in Marketing, Medical, Medicine, or related disciplines.
2. 3+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry; medical device background preferred.
3. Prior experience in endoscopy/gastroenterology product sales is a strong advantage.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
5. Solid understanding of medical device market dynamics and customer insights.
6. Ability to provide independent surgical support after training.
